Ultimate is the “application program” developed by HDEL for use with your computer military study materials (databases/DB). Ultimate 4.70 is ONLY usable to licensed and registered customers, whose computer must be running either Windows 2000, ME, NT, XP or Vista on a true IBM compatible system. (Windows NT may require a patch of files that are listed and can be referenced on this website in Technical Support .

Our application program for the CDCs is now called the SKT Tester and does not contain all functions of the Ultimate Program.

The Ultimate test modes are Ramdom (Y/N), Timed (Y/N), and Area (single subject, partial DB, entire DB). Testing variety ensures you are not just memorizing answers, but truly learning your career field.

With Ultimate 4.20, you also have the option to print and review the tests. This allows the flexibility to study even when you are not in front of your computer.
