As a retired MSgt of the USAF, I have a lot of thanks to HDEL for making the rank I retired at.

While in the USAF I used HDEL to study for SSgt. By using the program I read the PFE and used HDEL to monitor my retention. By this method, I would read several pages and immediatly test my newly acquired knowledge. Before long I was reaching an 85% memory retention of the information. When I finally tested for SSgt, I was received a line number of 002. The second promotee in my carreer field. I actually blew the cutoff away by over 30 points. In subsequent years I used HDEL to test for TSgt and MSgt.

If it wasn’t for HDEL I would have not had the study method I needed.

Also, I tried other programs at the time, but they were not as user friendly as HDEL. Most other programs will not allow the user to modify the database if needed.

Currently I am employed with a United States major communications carrier. I just bought the programs to use in incorporating a study program for vendor certifications to include VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) certifications.

I just wanted to say thanks for a GREAT PRODUCT!! This was the second time I purchased your study guide software and both times I got promoted. This time my test score improved 20% from last year. It works!! I especially would like to thank Don for taking the time to build me that separate data base with all the questions, it made a difference being able to pull a random test from the entire databasde. I purchased your product and tested for SMSgt. I got my line number today, 704 out of 1284. I didn’t use your product last year because I needed 125 points on a 100 point test. Every time I have used your products, I was promoted, from SSgt to MSgt. This last time, I tested for MSgt, I scored mid 90s on SKT and mid 80s on PFE. First time testing for MSgt. I scored 39 points higher than the cut-off and 29 points higher than the average selectee, my total points were 374; no need to say I was the number one selectee in my career. Many of the Chiefs I spoke to, have not heard of scores that high. I was thrilled to see my score sheet. I started studying in June when I received your materiels and hit the books hard form November to March, so studying hard using your materials was the key !

I would like to thank you for helping me get promoted to MSgt. This was my first attempt, and although a few other factors helped me get promoted, (being here on my remote, with no other distractions, putting more time into the material…things like that), I would have to say your product helped me the most. I scored an 86 on the PFE and an 84 on the SKT. Those scores put me the second highest in my career field. I actually tied the highest score for the PFE in my career field.
