IN YEARS PAST, HDEL HAS PROVIDED TECH SUPPORT, FREE OF CHARGE, TO ANYONE ASKING FOR HELP. TODAY, YOU MUST FIRST HAVE REGISTERED YOUR HDEL SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO RECEIVE ANY TECH SUPPORT ASSISTANCE . . . OTHERWISE ALL TECH SUPPORT WILL BE FEE BASED, STARTING AT $25.00 PER CALL – INCIDENT.
