HDEL Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.   You should understand any website’s privacy policies.   If a web site  doesn’t state it’s policy(ies), be sure to ask.

We (HDEL) and our web site http://www.hdel.com operate In Accordance With (IAW) the following statements:

• The only information we receive is what you actively choose to give us, including any required to provide technical support, and – or for order processing.
• We do NOT track any personal information from your visits to the site.
• Virtually all information you give us,  is so provided via our secure server.
• All information is stored on computers and – or within paper files in secure, locked  and protected environments IAW industry and other standards.
• We do NOT use your personal information for any other purpose.
• We NEVER share your personal information with any third party.

What personal information we collect and how we use your information:

When you browse our hdel.com website, we do NOT capture or collect in any way, any of your personal information your movements from web page to web page.   We log only the system ID data to which our software and software products are ‘installed to’.   Any such related personal information is solely provided to us,  directly by you — for example, your e-mail address when you submit a question, comment, or concern.   So that we may be of help and reply to your inquiry, for example.   You provide only minimal information, when you register one of our products with us, or place an order.   MINIMAL !   Any online (internet) information provided to us, is done so, via our secure server and is protected both on computers and in our secured access filing system.   Any credit card information supplied is particularly safeguarded [1] primarily to protect you and your personal data, [2] to protect us against any possible illegal attempt to access secured data and files, and [3] it is morally, ethically and legally correct to protect both our customers and ourselves from any possible threat to illegal access to sensitive data.

We will never ask you to submit information about other people and vice versa.

Likewise, we never share any of our (or your) personal data with anyone.   Additionally, we only allow a limited number of HDEL employees clearance authorized access, to specific data as is required to provide support, product(s), assistance or any help you may have asked for, or otherwise need . . . NO EXCEPTIONS !

Browsing and the use of Cookies:

We do NOT use cookie technology.   A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a host website (us, for example), that is saved on your hard disk by your computer’s browser.

Email, Mailing Lists and Other Services:

When you send us an email, we ONLY use your email address to express our gratitude (thank you) for your comment, or as needed for our reply(ies) to your question(s), concerns or similar, NO EXCEPTIONS !   We will store your email message and our reply, for a period of predetermined time, should further need arise.   If no further need arises within this period of time interval, then they are completely removed.   No backups or archives.   We will NOT share, sell, rent or lease your email address information to anyone.   And again, only a few previously cleared and authorized personnel, with limited – access (internal to HDEL) are allowed to access this data, in order to assist you, our customers !

When you request information, register, or place an order, we use your email address and any other given information to provide you with the information or service(s) you have requested, or the product(s) ordered.

We may use your email or postal mail address to send you occasional notification regarding product upgrades, new products, special limited time offers, updates and corrections, etc.   If you prefer not to receive such a notice, simply let us know and you will not receive any further such notice.

Our policy regarding sharing of information:

Our policy is both your and our personal and private information never leaves HDEL, in any form, for any reason, to any party.   The sole exception would be in such a case as by a court order, otherwise NOT under any circumstances.

Security:

The security of your personal information is as important to us, as our personal information is to us.   We are committed to continue protecting the information we collect.   HDEL, Inc. does utilize a variety of controls and levels of security measures, operationally and ‘in place’ at its physical facilities to protect against any compromise of personal data.

Changes to HDEL, Inc. privacy policy:

This privacy policy was initially derived in May of 1968 and has been updated periodically to keep current with current employees, technology and IAW various governmental and industry standards.   HDEL, Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time. HDEL, Inc. takes privacy matters very seriously and intends to keep it this way.   We will occasionally update our privacy policy, as is necessary, and we will post those updates on this web page.   You are responsible for viewing this web page to review our privacy policy updates, on your behalf.

Note that whenever you submit any information to us in connection with any HDEL, Inc. related services, you consent to HDEL, Inc. processing this information in the United States as is necessary to provide the services, support and more, in which you are participating.
