These Promotion Study Guides have been developed to help soldiers understand the standardized training objectives for the common tasks which will help soldiers fight, survive, and win in combat on the modern battlefield. These study guides may also assist commanders and NCO trainers in the identification of units’ critical wartime tasks. Finally, these study guides provide information on standardized task performance and evaluation criteria on individual training and evaluation in the unit and task-based evaluation during resident training.
